Lady

Lady is a 1.5 year old female pitbull mix. Lady was found tied to a tree with her one remaining pup. We don't know what happened to her other puppies. Her humans had moved out weeks before, and some kindly neighbors had taken the responsibility of feeding and watering her. Thank you to the good Samaritans who fed and watered her, and to those who called us to help her before the temperatures turned deathly cold. Understandably, Lady is a bit shut down initially. But once you spend some time with her, you see that tail thump when you look her way or give her pets, and you know she is grateful.
