Kingsley

Kingsley is a 3 year old neutered, male Papillon. He weighs just over 5 pounds. He is white with brown markings and a flowing tail that reaches the floor. He is very fine boned and therefore should not be in a home with small children who are not accustomed to such a fragile dog. He is house trained and currently going in and out using a dog door in his foster home. He will bark if startled or sees other dogs. He is a runner and should be in a home with a fenced yard or be on a lead at all times. He will not come when called! He is very loving and likes to give kisses. He also likes to sit on your lap to take a nap. He rides well in a car and likes to look out the window. He is very active and busy playing all the time, unless sleeping. He doesn't take well to a kennel, but will settle down for the night when he realizes you aren't going to let him out. He much prefers to sleep in bed with you. He does require minimum professional grooming, but needs regular brushing and nail trimming. He gets along well with other dogs, but is cautious of big dogs as he is afraid of getting stepped on. We have no knowledge if he has not been exposed to cats. His approximate date of birth is 9/29/08.
